Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right or you’ve simply changed your mind – no worries.

Return Period

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

Damaged Items

Did your item arrive damaged?
Please email us at info@troppo.store and include a photo of the damaged.

We’ll refund the full purchase price and cover the return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

For regular returns (without a defect), you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.

For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Rückerstattung

Sobald wir deine Rücksendung erhalten und geprüft haben, bekommst du dein Geld innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurück.

Die Erstattung erfolgt auf die gleiche Zahlungsmethode wie beim Kauf.

How to Return an Item

1. Send us an email in advance at info@troppo.store with:

  • your order number

  • the items you’d like to return

2. Once we confirm your return, please pack the item carefully and send it to:

Important: Returns without prior contact and without the order number may not be processed or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used at checkout.

Exceptions

The following items can’t be returned:

  • personalized or custom-made products

  • digital content (e.g., downloads) if you agreed at purchase that the download starts right away

  • gift cards

  • items marked as final sale (not eligible for return)
