Instructions on cancellation 

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days.

Right to cancel 

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us (Troppo GbR, Manfred-von-Richthofen-Straße 9, 12101 Berlin, Germany, info@troppo.store, Phone: 030-54612587) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can do this by sending a clear statement, such as a letter by post or an email. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough to send your communication regarding your right to cancel before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of cancellation 

If you decide to cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, excluding the delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive delivery option). This refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel.

We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. 

Please send back the goods or hand them over to us at TROPPO c/o Grünschnabel (Manfred-von-Richthofen Straße 9, 12101 Berlin, Germany) without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
